Peanut sauce is used with chicken, meat and vegetables, adding flavour to grilled skewered meat, such as satays. This sauce is also delicious as a salad dressing.
Serving suggestion: Put 200g shredded chicken, 200g cucumber, 100g shredded carrot in a salad bowl and chill in the fridge. Pour one bottle of peanut sauce over the salad and mix well. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
