Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japan where foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, ginger and sugar. This prepared sauce can be used to marinade the meat for 20 minutes or up to 3 hours - it will be tender and packed with flavour after the marination process. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and steamed rice.
