Do you have a physical store?

At the moment we do not have a physical store as our business is still growing. Hopefully one day we'll have a lovely store that you'll be able to visit, but for now it is all online. 

Do you deliver to any place in South Africa?

Yes we do! We use a courier delivery service, so they will happily deliver to any place that you specify (home or office for example). You also have the option of using the PostNet to PostNet service outside of the Western Cape to save some money on shipping. 

What are your shipping costs?*

  • R85 Courier Shipping
  • R99 PostNet to PostNet (packages less than 4kg)
  • Free shipping for orders over R800*

*This excludes bulk items heavier than 25kg, for which a surcharge will be applied. Example being the large 25kg sushi rice bag.

*In the event that above prices differ from the checkout cost, the cost quoted on checkout is the final price and is not subject to negotiation.

How do I track my order?

  1. You will receive an email once your order has been packed and the courier pick up request has been sent by us.
  2. You will receive a waybill number, tracking link and contacts in this email, which can be used to track your order.
  3. For detailed updates on your delivery we ask that you please contact the courier directly and quote your waybill number as reference.

I would like to order more goods than what's in stock?

If you would like to order anything in bulk please contact us directly. We are more than happy to investigate and find out if we can get additional stock for you.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged or spoilt?

If your package did not survive the journey, please get in touch with us within 30 days:

  • Take a picture of the box as well as the damaged or spoilt goods.
  • Send an email to hello@luckycatemporium.com that include the photo attachments.
  • We will arrange a replacement to be sent free of charge.

What happens if I received the incorrect goods or order?

Nobody's perfect if we messed up your order:

  • Please do not remove the product from its original packaging.
  • Notify us as at hello@luckycatemporium.com within 7 days and we will collect the products from you at no charge.
  • We will then arrange that the correct goods are sent to you free of charge.

Can I exchange goods after I have received them?

Not happy with your purchase or changed your mind?

  • Please do not remove the product from its original packaging.
  • We do not accept foodstuff, beverage or other products intended for everyday consumption as returns, only kitchen accessories.
  • Notify us as at hello@luckycatemporium.com within 7 days and we will collect the products from you at no charge.
  • We will send you a gift voucher to the value of the product. 

When will I receive my order?

Within 3 - 8 working days depending on your area.
