This marinade is made with Korean pear and apple puree, red wine and various vegetables to soften the texture of the meat. As well as naturally brewed soy sauce.
It can be used of all kinds of meat, as well as mushrooms or tofu for a vegetarian meal. The spicy marinade contains Korean traditional rice and Korean chilli pepper as well as a plum concentrate which helps to tenderize the meat.
If you marinate the meat or fish at least for 30 minutes before cooking, it makes the meat more tasty and tender.
Gochujang, syrup, red pepper powder, garlic, sugar, chilli seasoning.
Stick it in the cupboard, refrigerate after opening.
