Ponzu is a seasoned Japanese soy sauce, accented with citrus. It has the perfect balance of salty, tangy and sweet to enhance the flavours of meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Ponzu can also be used as a dipping sauce for sushi, tofu or prawns. Add a small amount of oil to ponzu for a dressing over greens.
Soy sauce, Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Bonito Extract, Lactic Acid, Lemon Juice, Yeast Extract, Natural Lemon and Orange Flavours, Sodium Benozonite.
Stick it in the cupboard, refrigerate after opening.
