This is a pre-made paste for Thai Red Curry. It is quick and easy to use and even includes a recipe on the back. All you need to complete the dish is coconut milk, your preferred protein (chicken, duck or prawn goes well with this paste), your choice of vegetables, sweet basil leaves, fish sauce, salt and sugar.
