This all-purpose noodle can be used in a variety of dishes including; stir-fry, soup, salad or as an accompaniment to meat dishes. These noodles are also great to use as a stuffing when making Vietnamese spring rolls.
To rehydrate the noodles, place it in fresh water for 8-10 minutes, discard water. The noodles are now ready for frying or adding to soups.
Stick it in the cupboard, store in an airtight container after opening.
