Wasabi paste is generally served with sushi. It adds more flavour and spice when added to soy sauce and then dipping the sushi into the sauce. Be careful as it can be very hot and burn the nasal passage if too much is used. You can also experiment by adding some wasabi to KewPie mayonnaise to create a tangy hot sauce.
